The Premo Junior No. 1 was a basic box camera which used the Film Pack system (sheet film, instead of roll film) to make 2¼ x 3¼ inch exposures. See the camera with an original Film Pack box below. All Premo Cameras trace their roots to the original folding plate Premo cameras first introduced by Rochester Optical Co. in the early 1890s.
