Eastman Kodak
Kodak Kerosene Darkroom Lantern, circa 1895

This darkroom lantern is a bit different from the more commonly found Nos. 1 & 2 Kodak lanterns. It is several inches larger, has more embossed rings on the front, and the name "Kodak" is also different. It pre-dates the Nos. 1 & 2 Kodak lanterns, likely putting it in the mid- to late-1890s. Although the original red paint shows much surface rust, the lantern is structurally very strong, and complete with its amber and red glass filters, original burner, and cloth wick.
